At Bucks Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
